1. What are your business hours?
As a family-run, home-based business, we offer flexible hours to accommodate your needs. Please contact us to schedule your pick-up or drop-off time.

2. Are there any fees for late or early pick-up/drop-off?
Yes, a $25 fee applies for any rental pick-up after 11:00 PM or before 6:00 AM, to accommodate special scheduling outside of regular hours.

3. What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a $50 fee. If we are able to rebook the trailer for the same time period, you’ll receive a full refund.

4. What types of trailers do you rent out?
Currently, we offer car haulers and utility trailers. We’re actively working to expand our fleet soon to include more types of trailers to better serve your needs.

5. How can I find your location?
Our exact location is provided after booking to ensure privacy and security. We’re based in Decatur, Texas, for pick-ups.

6. What if I damage the trailer?
When you pick up a trailer, you’ll sign a rental agreement that outlines your responsibility for any damage. Any costs for repairs or damage will be deducted from your deposit, with excess costs covered by your insurance or paid out-of-pocket.

8. Do I need a special license to rent a trailer?
No special license is required for most of our trailers, but you must ensure your vehicle is equipped to tow the trailer safely and securely based on the weight and type of trailer you are renting.

9. Can I extend my rental period?
Extensions are possible, depending on availability. Additional charges may apply. Contact us as soon as possible to arrange any rental extensions.
